Emailed Leon's for an electrical problem and was contacted back almost immediately. Sent an electrician quickly who efficiently and as far as I could observe competently handled the electrical repairs in my home and kitchen. Haven't gotten the bill yet but they've always been reasonable in the past. Great company to use in my several interactions with them.

Water pipe broke on Christmas Eve. Didn't want to disturb anyone on Christmas, but the next day (Monday) Leon's was supposed to be closed for the holiday, but they came out and fixed my leak. The problem instantly was worse than anyone expected and they spent about 6 hrs crawling around on their bellies in the mud fixing 7 leaks. (Old Mobile home with very brittle pvc pipes.) They were very happy to be there, at least that's how they made me feel. They did a great job and DID NOT charge any extra fees for the holiday. We had a great Christmas, one day later, Thanks to Leon's.

We have used Leon’s for service calls, repairs and new construction system install. They are dependable, courteous and affordable. Good customer service and a friendly attitude from all employees we have met.

I remodeled our kitchen last year and had these guys as the electrician. Very nice throughout the process. However, the breaker box was not labeled as a professional should do. I was handed a piece of cardboard with the legend but when one of the breakers flipped, we discovered the legend was wrong. We have continued to have breakers flip and after talking to Raymond a couple days ago, he blames it on our pressure washer. Even though our dryer also flipped a breaker and these two things are not related. Before they worked on the electric, we have never had problems with breakers flipping, for over 20 years. Because I refused to pay the $150 for the problem as I felt like that was their responsibility to fix since it worked fine previously, he kept referring to our delinquent bill. The initial price estimate increased quite a bit by the end. In his defense I made 3 changes but I still felt it was way overcharged. My best advice is to get a new quote on paper every time a change is made so you aren’t surprised when you get a final bill. If it isn’t done right, expect it to be your fault. I couldn’t even get him to come out and see what the problem might be. I called him and tried to talk to him but do not understand electrical, hence the need for an electrician, so I asked him to call my husband who has worked in construction all his life. He talked to my husband and argued so much, my husband just told him we would get a real electrician. Problem still not resolved.

The crew showed up and was very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the job site when finished! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help. Job well done

The two electricians that came to our home, Gary and Raymond, did an excellent job! They were knowledgeable, professional, very considerate of staying neat and organized with everything they did. They were very personable and patient answering all questions we had. It was a very pleasant and comfortable service call. Everyone from Allied we met with were down-to-earth nice and hard working people. They were efficient, friendly, super professional and just nice. I would recommend anyone needing an electrician, especially in Schulenburg, Texas, and surrounding areas to use Allied Contractors. Their work was exemplary and the cost was extremely reasonable! We will definitely tell everyone we know to use them and we will continue to be customers whenever we need an electrician.

Warning! Stay away! This company has the most atrocious customer service I've ever experienced. To make matters worse, their pool technician has managed to ruin our pool not once, not twice, but three times by using the wrong chemicals. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt and allowing them to continue cleaning our pool, the last incident was the final straw when our chlorinator EXPLODED from a chemical reaction, causing chemical burns. We immediately called to inform them of the incident, and instead of showing concern, the owner hopped on the phone and had the audacity to accuse me of being rude. They promised to send someone to assess the situation the next day, but all we received was a text message with a bill and a simple "Please reply, thanks" line. I called them back to inquire if someone was actually coming over to address the issue. During the conversation with the secretary, I expressed my willingness to give them another chance to rectify the situation, under the condition that the same incompetent pool technician, responsible for the repeated mishaps, would not be assigned to the job. The secretary I spoke to had the nerve to declare that "there is nothing to discuss". (I believe this came straight from the owner who I heard in the background) That was the moment I decided to terminate their services on the spot. This company is a complete disgrace to the pool service industry and the service industry as a whole. I do not write this "lightly" as I am in the industry as well. We have little children and this could have been much worse. I will be taking action to explore options and pursue further actions against them.

Installation of new filter was great experience. However when it came to servicing pool they took over $300 just to show up and dump chlorine in the pool. They never bothered to vacuum kept saying we needed to drain pool to get it clean. After telling them to stop coming my 74 year old mother and 12 year old son had the pool blue and clean. Why couldn't "professional tech" do the work?!?! Woman in the office is unpleasant to deal with, her customer service skills are horrible.... she is down right grouchy to say the least. Never again will we call on them.

Minutes after meeting with Melissa my husband was sold. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional but more importantly, she was as excited about our project as we were. Having a pool built and working with Melissa and Chad was the best construction experience we have ever had. Throughout the construction Melissa was either on site or only a text away and now Chad is walking us through the care and upkeep. We just can’t say enough about the Helms and their crews - especially Carlos, Himey and Robert. It was a pleasure working with all of them. Thanks to Shimmering Waters, we have a beautiful pool and my dreams have come true.
